climatechfacade (CTF) measures climate in real time, compares setpoints, and modulates comfortable climate output directly in the facade – heating, cooling, and shading exactly as occupants in the building needed. The glass surface becomes thermally active – delivering radiant heat or cooling without drafts.

Thermal control
Every CTF module uses a patented principle with a tempered, separated cavity: outside insulating glazing, inside single glazing, with an additional separation pane for clean up‑ and down‑flow. That structure keeps the thermodynamics predictable and the details buildable – especially in high‑transparency office facades.
Self-regulating module
A compact heat exchanger sits at the bottom of the module; a crossflow fan sits at the top. Together they generate a vertical airflow in the cavity and regulate cavity temperature based on sun exposure, outdoor climate, and room loads. The energy moves in the module, not in the room – delivering noticeable comfort through radiant heat/coolth with less visible equipment. A decentralized controller decides what the room needs, moment by moment.
